The inspection of non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics (IBDT&TD) is a structural subdivision of "Moldovatransgaz" LLC with the task of carrying out non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics of enterprise objects with the issuance of reliable conclusions on the suitability of use or the state of individual connections, units or the object as a whole.
From the establishment of the enterprise from 1987 to 2004. in RPMG (CJSC, LLC) "Moldovatransgaz" LLC, the scope of work on non-destructive testing was carried out by the current staff unit, initially by a specialist in defectoscopy and later by an engineer-radiographer, who, like all operational services at that time, was the LES of the enterprise.
Due to the tightening of regulatory requirements for the diagnosis of PV, based on an increase in the scope of work to assess the technical condition associated with the aging of facilities of the enterprise, in 2004. By order of LLC "Moldovatransgaz", (LBDT&TD) was created as part of the Quality Control Department, which was initially certified at the National Technical Center for Industrial Safety in 2005.
At that time, LBDT&TD was based at the Drochia LPM with proper equipment including working personnel, mobile and UC equipment at the Republican level, after which, in 2002-2004, serious investments were made in equipping and training laboratory personnel.
IBDT&TD as a subdivision of "Moldovatransgaz" LLC was renamed from LBDT&TD in 2014, due to the transition from SM SR ISO/CEI 17025 2006 to the new requirements of the management system SM SR ISO/CEI 17020 2006, associated with the introduction of new European standards.
In 2017, IBDT&TD participated in the final stage of the assessment of MOLDAC (National Center for Accreditation in the Field of Product Compliance) by EA (European Co-operation for accreditation), protecting the interests of the Republic of Moldova, following which MOLDAC received recognition as standard quality competence.
